Basoli Malai Sauce (500ml)

Basoli Malai Sauce is as original as it gets. This recipe is deeply rooted in my childhood memories of watching my grandmother make this dish. The Aromas of the Caramelized onions, Roasted Garlic, and freshly ground spices will leave you licking your fingers. This is one of Basoli's Family recipes that has been passed down through generations and made with a lot of love.

Ingredients: Caramelized onions, Roasted Garlic, Olive Oil, Tomatoes, Himalayan Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Basoli homemade Garam Masala, Fenugreek, Basoli mix of whole spices, Sour Cream, Filtered Water.

Directions: Sautee any meat or vegetable of your choice, stir in the Basoli Malai sauce and simmer on low/medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot with Rice, Naan or Pasta.
