Coconut Curry Thai

Coconut Curry Thai. The flavours of Thailand will captivate your taste buds! A light curry flavour with delectable notes of coconut. 

Ingredients: Rice, Lentils, Carrots, Onion, Red/Green Bell Peppers, Spices, Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, Sea Salt, Herbs, Ginger, Garlic, Lime Leaf, Cayenne Pepper, Nutritional Yeast

Directions: Add contents of jar into an empty pot and remove oxygen absorber packet. Add 6 cups water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes (additional if required). Add 1 can coconut milk, 3 tbsp soy sauce, or to taste. Splash of lime. Salt to taste.
