Our Hearty Gazpacho soup is a change to classic Spanish Gazpacho. You can still have it chilled, but with its notes of chili, smoked paprika, and the tang of vinegar, we prefer it served hot!
Packed with hearty goodness, this soup is filling and nutritious.
Directions: Add soup contents into an empty pot to remove the oxygen absorber packet. Then add 6 cups water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes (additional if required). Add 1 Can crushed or puréed tomatoes, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (optional). Salt to taste.
