Madras Chicken Sauce (500ml)

 Madras Chicken Sauce is a rich, creamy, and spicy curry bursting with favour. At Basoli, we prepare this dish exactly the same way it has been prepared in our family for over 100 years.

INGRIDIENTS: Fresh Grated Coconut, Green Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Red whole Chillies, Coriander Powder, Filtered Water, Himalayan Sait, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Garam Masala.

Preparation Directions: Sautee Chicken (or any meat/Veggie of your choice) in a pan with oil. Add salt and pepper as per your taste. Once the chicken is cooked, add the Madras Chicken Sauce to the pan and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes on low/mild heat. Serve hot with Basmati Rice or Naan Bread.
