At Basoli, we wanted to capture the essence of a traditional Indian chutney combined with my grandmother's twist of using fresh organic ingredients with a slow cooking approach. This zesty, spicy, sour and sweet chutney has been a part of Indian regional cuisine since ancient times and compliments any dish; you know it has to be good!
